let see what I've learn so far....

1. talking all the time doesn't mean you are a good communicator.
but talking at the right time with the right word, will definitely
make you become a good communicator. =D

2. to have a good essence of communication
we need to understand the others world.
sounds so truth..

3. organizing is a continuous flow of movement that people try to
coordinate with continuous flow of inputs by weick 1989, p.243
hmm.. have no idea for it so far,
looking forward of the in depth details.

4. neither communication nor organization come first,
they are the same event.
both need each other to supports.
there's no organization form when communication
is not exist. it same goes to the other side,
there's no communication needed, if organization
doesn't exist.

5. who say what to whom in which channel with what effect.
this is very interesting indeed!
